United Biscuits’ Executive Director Board Changes

United Biscuits ('UB'), a leading European manufacturer of biscuits, cakes and snacks, today announced the following senior management changes following the recent successful sale of its KP Snacks business. 

UB’s Chief Executive Officer Benoit Testard will leave the Group on 19^th April 2013.  Benoit Testard joined UB in 1999 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2011.  The UB Board would like to thank Benoit for his very significant contributions to the success of the Group over many years and wish him every success for the future.

UB is also announcing today the appointment of Martin Glenn as its new Chief Executive Officer with effect from 6^th May 2013. Martin has been the Chief Executive Officer of Birds Eye Limited since 2006 and was previously Chief Executive Officer of Pepsico UK and Ireland where he led the growth of the Walkers Crisps brand.
